At Patsatech, we are committed to providing high-quality digital products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Since our products are digital software, all sales are considered final, with limited exceptions as outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Corrupt File: If the software file is damaged or corrupted upon download and our support team is unable to provide a working version within 7 days of your request.
  • Duplicate Purchases: If you were mistakenly charged twice for the same product.
  • Incorrect Product Delivered: If you receive the wrong product that does not match your order, and we cannot provide a correct version within 7 days.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • If the software has been downloaded, installed, or used before the refund request.
  • If you simply change your mind or decide not to use the purchased product.
  • If the request is made beyond 14 days of the purchase date.
  • If the issue is due to incompatibility with third-party software, server configurations, or personal preferences.
  • If the license has been revoked due to a breach of the License Agreement (e.g., unauthorized redistribution, modification, or removal of serial key protection).
  • If the purchase was for custom development services or personalized modifications.
  • If you are requesting a refund due to a lack of knowledge on how to use the product properly.

3. License & Support Terms

  • Licenses are valid for one year from the date of purchase and include updates and support for that period.
  • Support is provided for 6 months from the purchase date. If you require support beyond this period, you must renew your license.
  • Refund requests will not be entertained if you are seeking a refund due to the expiration of the license or support period.

4. How to Request a Refund
