Settlements in the merchant account matched WooCommerce order totals. Feature note: wooCommerce is actually usable, not just listed. Payment processing is the part that has to work — and it has. Keeping it enabled without second thoughts.
Devon L. –
Settlements in the payment processor matched WooCommerce order totals. I care less about bells and whistles than clean captures. Voice-wise I’m a beginner; I mainly care that money moves. Does exactly the unglamorous job we needed. 🙌
Alex M. –
This plugin didn’t collide with our membership stack. Nothing about the WooCommerce integration felt bolted on. Voice-wise I’m a agency; I mainly care that money moves. Compatibility checks on staging saved us surprises. Quietly competent — that’s the compliment.
Reese U. –
Hooks into WooCommerce the way a proper gateway should. We kept a short go-live checklist and the payment module cleared it. Keeping it enabled without second thoughts.
Alex H. –
Asked about email notifications; response was specific and actionable. Agency handoff was easier because settings are readable. Support experience was better than forum archaeology. Good tool with a short learning curve. Good ROI if you already have the gateway account.
Quinn V. –
Worth it versus maintaining custom gateway code. It stays out of the way until you need refunds.
Alex J. –
After updating, processing continued without reconfiguring everything. Voice-wise I’m a agency; I mainly care that money moves. We kept a short go-live checklist and the plugin cleared it. Updates are part of why we pay for maintained software.
Jamie S. –
We tuned multi-courier Support without digging through code. Agency handoff was easier because settings are readable. Ease of configuration beat our last gateway add-on. Keeping it enabled without second thoughts.
Rowan T. –
⭐ I followed the setup guide and didn’t get stuck on naming. Feature note: order Completion is actually usable, not just listed. I leaned on documentation more than trial-and-error. Support was helpful even if not instant. From a code-review mindset, the integration is tidy enough.

Credential screens for the merchant account were readable. Feature note: wooCommerce is actually usable, not just listed. Ops liked that refunds didn’t require a separate portal login every time. Three stars: functional with room to polish the setup UX. Credential screens for the gateway account were readable.

Enough knobs around capture and void flows without becoming a control panel maze. Ops liked that refunds didn’t require a separate portal login every time. Customization around capture and void flows covered our case. Solid keep in our stack.
Riley J. –
Compatible with our theme out of the box. Test matrix item #7 passed on staging. Our team noticed the difference within a week.
Devon E. –
Does what it promises without fireworks. We kept notes, but barely needed them after week two.
Quinn K. –
Sandbox vs live toggle removed a common footgun. Feature note: hosted payment pages is actually usable, not just listed. Voice-wise I’m a developer; I mainly care that money moves. Ease of configuration beat our last gateway add-on.
Elliot U. –
Enough knobs around order status sync without becoming a control panel maze. Agency handoff was easier because settings are readable. Customization around order status sync covered our case. Recommended if you’re already boarded with a matching processor.

🙂 One careful read of the docs was enough to configure the gateway account. Feature note: sandbox and live modes is actually usable, not just listed. I care less about bells and whistles than clean captures. I leaned on documentation more than trial-and-error.
Hayden K. –
We’ve stopped babysitting the payment log every morning. Beginner tip: finish sandbox before touching live keys. Developer view: less glue code to own long-term. Solid keep in our stack. We install gateways for clients; this one reduced go-live risk.
Alex D. –
Settlements in the gateway account matched WooCommerce order totals. Sandbox tests covered approve, decline, and a partial refund. Agency handoff was easier because settings are readable. Payment processing is the part that has to work — and it has.
Riley E. –
I’m still learning WooCommerce, and this extension didn’t overwhelm me. Feature note: order Completion is actually usable, not just listed. Technical note: hooks and order meta behaved as expected. Updates are part of why we pay for maintained software.
Finley M. –
Update routine for this add-on has been low-stress. Voice-wise I’m a developer; I mainly care that money moves. Refunds from admin saved a few support tickets already. Happy with the purchase so far. Configuration was mostly paste-keys-and-test. ✨
Rowan T. –
Asked about capture and void flows; response was specific and actionable. Technical note: hooks and order meta behaved as expected. Keeps earning its spot despite small friction.
Devon S. –
Support answered one config question clearly. Cutover from staging felt controlled.
Cameron K. –
Fine choice once Order Completion is understood.
Micah U. –
The connection feels native inside WooCommerce. I double-checked amounts in our processor against WooCommerce orders. Compared with a DIY gateway script, this is less fragile. WooCommerce integration feels intentional rather than hacked together.
Finley P. –
Maintenance cadence looks healthier than abandoned forks. Voice-wise I’m a store owner; I mainly care that money moves. Updates are part of why we pay for maintained software. I’d like richer decline logging, but it’s fine.
Taylor S. –

Staging tests gave us confidence before cutover. Internal checklist row 52 is green. The admin experience stayed calm under load.
Riley H. –
One careful read of the docs was enough to configure the merchant account. Compared with a DIY gateway script, this is less fragile. Almost five stars; docs could use one more edge case. Payment step still snappy on mobile. I care less about bells and whistles than clean captures.
Alex L. –
Clean install path; no mystery dependencies. Refunds from admin saved a few support tickets already. Voice-wise I’m a beginner; I mainly care that money moves. Good enough that we stopped shopping for alternatives.

Rated For Customer Support The friendly, fast and generous support for this plugin is exceptional. I just needed one more shipping company added from Australia and all my customers consignment information can now be sent effortlessly through the backend of WooCommerce instead of needing to email them directly. This is such a time saver and so very much appreciated. THANK YOU.

Works good so far.
It would be even better if it would automatically track delivery. And even better if it would send an email to client “”your item has been delivered'”.

Hi,
I think you should check our pro plugin.

Rated For Customer Support So, I’ve been using this plugin for a while and it was working quite well until I updated. Now one of the couriers doesn’t work and I can’t add others like the older version. I tried reaching out to the developer but was ignored. I can see that the developer has commented on other support requests after my post, so pretty disappointed that my request has been ignored.
I’m probably going to use the one by Automatic now as they offer better support and the ability to add other carriers not supported by the plugin

Rated For Design Quality Excellent plugin, exactly what I was looking for.
Very clean code and straightforward to set up.
Now my customers can receive their tracking numbers easily with each order they place. This plugin will bring your shopping cart up a notch. I highly recommend this plugin if you use woocommerce.

Hi, are you planning to make this plugin batch upload by using excel or CSV file? We have over 50 order per day. Update them one by one is just too painful. Thanks.

I’ve been using this plugin for a a couple of years now and it works great for adding post tracking details to the orders. It also adds a tracking link to the ‘order completed’ email so that customers are just one click away from knowing exactly where their delivery has got to.
Cheers guys 🙂

You should first extract the zip file that you download from codecanyon if it is not named wooshippinginfo.zip as this is the file that needs to be uploaded.
